About this car:

When the GT40 first rolled out sporting the Gulf livery, whilst instantly striking, no one could have anticipated how legendary it would become. Add to the mix back to back Le Mans 24 hour wins and the iconic livery was sealed in the history books. Whilst several cars adorned the now iconic colours in various iterations, it was GT40P/1075 that stole the hearts and minds having become the double champion at Le Sarthe.

GT40P/2387 took its visiual inspiration from 1075 including the livery, rear identification light, roundel lights and windscreen bug deflector.

Equipped with a Ford Racing 427 producing 545BHP at the fly wheel and a staggering 608ftlb of torque this example is one of the more powerful GT40s we have produced. The Borla 8 stack injection system finishes off the engine bay beautifully. Power is transmitted to the wheels through a Quaife box running 5 speeds and a traditional dog leg first gear. The Avon CR6ZZ tyres have plenty of life left and put the power to the road (or track should you so wish) effortlessly. These tyres are simply superb. They are competent on the road, track, in the dry and in the wet and absorb all the modern roads have to throw at them.

This example has covered less than 900 miles since being originally delivered in 2019 and will make a fantastic addition to any collection.
